Waiver of Withdrawal Rights with Conditional Refund Eligibility

By subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge and consent to the immediate delivery of digital content associated with the subscription. As such, you explicitly waive any statutory right to withdraw from the Service after digital content delivery has commenced, except as specified below.

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, eligibility for a refund is subject to the following conditions:

1. Refund Eligibility Within 48 Hours: If you cancel within 48 hours of subscribing, you may qualify for a refund, provided that significant use of the Service has not occurred. High Speed reserves the right to evaluate usage levels to determine eligibility for a refund under these terms.
2. Free Trial Cancellation: During the 7-day free trial, you may cancel without incurring charges. Should you continue beyond the trial period, the 48-hour refund eligibility window will apply.
3. Post-Trial Cancellation: After the 7-day trial period, you may cancel at any time. However, cancellations made outside the 48-hour eligibility window are non-refundable, and the Service will remain accessible until the end of the current billing period.

By subscribing to the Service, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms, including the waiver of statutory withdrawal rights beyond the outlined conditions.
